George Paciocco, General Manager
George Paciocco, as General Manager for Interstate Security, brings a unique mix of an electrical engineering degree and a business management degree to our operations. This mix of disciplines allows George to find the proper combination of new innovative monitoring techniques that match the complicated operations of today’s modern business clients and their needs.
Prior to joining Interstate, George was the director of service overseeing 37 national service centers which supported a myriad of retail stores in the New York and Pennsylvania marketplace. This gave him a depth of experience in the security of the retail market segment. Not only that, but George was the officer in charge at a HOA community much like many that Interstate serves in our marketplace. Therefore, he has a better understanding of the challenges that our customers at HOAs deal with.
George also brings a litany of certifications to our company to broaden our offering of both armed and unarmed response teams. His certifications include but are not limited to the following (LVMPD Concealed Weapon Permit; NRA Certified Pistol Instructor; NRA Certified Range Safety Officer; Nevada Handcuff Certification; Nevada OC Spray Certification; Nevada Bataan Certification; Armed PILB Guard Card)

Armando Garcia – Security Director
Armando is a true security professional with over 10 years direct experience in the Las Vegas Marketplace. He emphasizes personalized customer service which is evident in the high level of statisfaction with his clients. As a certified range safety officer, he has trained multiple levels of staff in occupational safety and security operating procedures.
He also has managed key accounts directly interfacing with the property managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the level of protection that they need. We are pleased to have such a high caliber of a person like Armando working as a Security Director here at Interstate Security Services.
Juan Cruz – Security Director
Juan is a security professional with over 12 years of experience
in the Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin marketplace. He specializes in one
on one guard training to ensure complete client satisfaction. Juan uses a hands-on approach from hiring,
training, and placing guards to achieve ultimate client satisfaction. He also brings years of experience in
scheduling and selecting the right guard for the right property to match client
Juan’s is certified by the Nevada State Private
Investigators Licensing Board as an Armed Certified Guard which allows Juan to effectively
staff and train armed guards for sites requiring armed services. We are very pleased to have such an
experienced and motivated person like Juan working as a Security Director here
at Interstate Security.
Cynthia Houston– Site Manager
Cynthia has 15 years of security, executive escort, corrections, law enforcement. She relocated from the Midwest to Las Vegas where she was the Patrol Supervisor for Interstate Security Services for 2 years. With her diverse knowledge, Cynthia has been instrumental in being proactive at bridging the gap between employees, residents, clients, and law enforcement; working together to observe and report. Cynthia also has a vast array of selling experience with both GE and AT&T in 42 states.
KEY ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL:
Michelle Jacobi – Chief Administrator
In any successful business like Interstate, there seems to always be a person behind the scenes that keeps everything moving toward a common goal. Michelle is that person at Interstate Security Services.
Michelle’s constant oversight on all the daily duties from payroll, accounting, and many other operational functions are administered by her in an efficient manner. Since we know we can depend on Michelle to keep things orderly which frees up our sales and management staff to spend more time working directly with our clients to find the best security solutions to meet their needs.
Although we are aware of the fact that Michelle’s hard work typically goes unnoticed. This alone is one of the highest testimonials to her contribution at Interstate.
Portia Duda – Administrative Assistant
Many of you talk to Portia daily as she answers all incoming calls for the office. Portia also handles a multitude of daily office duties as timesheet verifications, sign-in sheets, payroll entries, new applications, the matching of call logs against schedules to insure the integrity of reports. Portia also handles new hire paperwork and guides new employees through the hiring process. Her past administrative duties had prepared her well for this position at Interstate.
